Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Phone contact with policyholders and interested third parties.
Processing policyholder requests from correspondence... phone calls and emails
Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information.
Required
Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients and their families secure the protection they need through life insurance
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively explaining complex insurance concepts and building rapport with clients
Ability to empathize with client's unique circumstances and demonstrate compassion and sensitivity in addressing their insurance needs
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of paperwork and documentation
Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred but not required
Proficiency in using computers, internet-based applications, and digital communication tools for remote work
Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote work environment
Regular and predictable attendance required
A home office/room or quiet and designated space to work in as a remote worker is required.
