In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for each caller.Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate product/service information and assist with troubleshooting issues.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries by providing effective solutions.
Document and track all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
Strive to meet or exceed performance goals, including call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Assist with outbound calls as needed (e.g., surveys, follow-up calls).
Handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Contribute to a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experience.
