Requirements
The requirement for the role are the following:
- Native or fluent Latvian or Lithuanian language skills
- For team collaboration, English proficiency is necessary
- Experience in structured interviews (B2B and B2C preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Strong accuracy in data collection and detail oriented
- Able to meet deadlines and accurately follow instructions
- PC (Windows 10/11), headset, and stable internet connection
- For seamless project coordination, an active Gmail account and Whatsapp
Bonus but not mandatory: Previous experience in market research, surveys, telephone interviews, or cold calling, and familiarity with online interview platforms.
