We’re Hiring: Business Process Automation Specialist (AI / RPA / Business Analysis) - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for someone with a technical mindset and strong business awareness — someone who can walk into a company, understand how it operates, and identify smarter, more efficient ways to get things done.

This role is focused on helping businesses improve their operations using:

• Business Process Automation

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

• AI-driven solutions

• Workflow optimization

You won’t just be analyzing systems — you’ll be helping companies save time, reduce manual work, and build scalable, efficient processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess business processes and identify inefficiencies

• Document workflows, systems, and operational gaps

• Translate business needs into technical solutions

• Recommend and help design automation (RPA, AI, integrations)

• Support implementation of process improvements and automation tools

• Work directly with business owners and stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with business analysis, process mapping, or systems design

• Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, scripting, APIs, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Self-starter who can operate independently in client environments
