We’re Hiring: 3 Web Writers (US Government Services Niche) We are looking for three experienced web writers to join our content team. This role is ideal for writers who can produce clear, accurate, and structured content for formal and information-heavy topics related to US government services. Compensation & Schedule - ₱1,100 for 2 hours, up to ₱3,300 per day (6–7 hours) - Flexible working hours - Experienced writers usually complete a 1,400+ word article within 2 hours Niche US Government Services (DMV processes, courts, public records, licenses, registrations, compliance guides, and related topics) Key Responsibilities - Write well-researched, easy-to-understand content following the company’s writing style and SEO standards - Edit and proofread articles before submission to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency - Submit work on time and apply feedback or revisions promptly - Use AI tools responsibly to support writing efficiency while ensuring content meets quality standards and passes client requirements, including AI-detection checks - Participate in training and accept suggestions or comments to continuously improve output quality Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of online writing experience - Strong preference for writers with technical, legal, or formal writing backgrounds - Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency across multiple articles Tools & How They’re Used - Google Docs – Drafting, editing, formatting articles, and collaborating with editors in real time - Grammarly – Checking grammar, spelling, tone, and readability while maintaining a formal and professional writing style - Copyscape – Ensuring originality and preventing duplicate or plagiarized content - AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) – Assisting with outlining, simplifying complex information, improving clarity, and accelerating the writing process while adhering to company guidelines - Supporting writing tools (capitalization tools, image-to-text tools, etc.) – Helping extract information from source documents, standardize formatting, and improve writing efficiency Who This Role Is For This position is best suited for writers who are detail-oriented, open to feedback, comfortable working with structured guidelines, and capable of producing reliable, high-quality content in a formal niche.
