Position Summary

Managing wellness and related activities for a dedicated plan sponsor. Developing strong relationships with client and internal partners to achieve customer satisfaction and deliverables to manage their wellbeing programs. Recommends and manages third party vendors, wellness awards and recognition programs, internal challenges, and wellness meetings/committees. Responsible for reporting metrics to evaluate effectiveness of recommendations and submitting expenses.

Required Qualifications
• Must be willing to travel to plan sponsor locations.
• Minimum 3+ years in wellness, benefits, and/or human resources
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Develop a deep understanding of business needs, industry trends, and organizational goals to propose innovative solutions that drive strategic outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering a collaborative and consultative approach to project delivery.
• Computer systems or skills - MS Office suite including word, excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
• Wellness program management or service.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Insurance license or ability to obtain

Education
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$54,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
