Weekend Triage RN – Home Care, PT OK
Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend Triage RN to support our Home Care team, including both home health and hospice patients. This is a weekend-only position—perfect for someone who already takes triage calls or is looking for a low-physical-demand, high-impact opportunity.
Position Details:
• Schedule: Weekends only =
• Pay Rate: $100 per day
• Location: Work from home
What You’ll Do:
• Answer triage calls promptly and professionally
• Assess patient needs and determine the appropriate course of action
• Dispatch on-call field clinicians when needed
• Enter timely and accurate communication notes in the EMR
• Coordinate care with the weekend on-call team
What You Need:
• Active RN license (Oklahoma or compact state)
• Experience in triage, home health, or hospice preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Reliable phone and internet connection
• Familiarity with EMR systems
