Saturday Only Options: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Sunday Only Options: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Full Weekend Shifts: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work hours typically range from 3 to 29 hours per week, giving you the flexibility to balance other commitments while contributing to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Claims Intake
Provide positive, professional customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs

Collect and document all claim details provided by the customer accurately, ensuring completeness and precision
Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions and company policies
Utilize call scripting effectively to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
Project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence in every interaction
Punctuality and Reliability
Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support when needed most
Adhere strictly to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
