Your expertise will help them navigate challenges and prepare for independent living. Here’s a look at the shift patterns available:Key Responsibilities:Provide staff cover for a supported housing project, assisting young people with practical solutions to residential issues.Patrol the buildings and grounds, reporting any incidents as appropriate.Complete handovers to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.Maintain cleanliness and prepare empty rooms for re-letting.Weekend Shift Cover:Saturdays: 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm (one hour unpaid break)Sundays: 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm (one hour unpaid break)What We’re Looking For:Experience working with young people with complex support needs.Knowledge of welfare benefits.Understanding of lone working principles.Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check, with satisfactory references and medical fitness confirmation.We offer:A performance based annual bonus & company pension contributions matched up to 6%Training opportunities and Tool box talksFlexible staff benefits including a cycle to work scheme28 days holiday a year + Bank Holidays and the option to buy/sell holidayAccess to two holiday homes, in Norfolk and DorsetA range of wellbeing activities and charitable events and a volunteering dayEnhanced family leave policiesFree on-site parking and disabled parkingA great team of colleagues to work withPlease read the role profile and our leadership behaviours for this role.
