Otherwise Flexible.Part-time (20 hours per week)Flexible scheduleClient Timezone: New Zealand Time (Auckland)Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Wedding Stationery Designer to create beautifully designed templates using our existing library of illustrations and design assets. This role involves designing a variety of stationery items for both pre-wedding and on-the-day events. If you’re someone who loves layout design and has a strong understanding of print production, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Design wedding stationery templates, including (but not limited to):Save the DatesInvitationsRSVP cardsOrder of Service bookletsTable numbersPlace cardsMenusSignageUtilize existing design assets and illustrations to maintain brand consistencyPrepare artwork for print with correct bleeds, crops, and file formattingUnderstand die-cutting and custom finishing processes to optimize template designsCollaborate with the creative director to align designs with brand vision and seasonal collectionsRevise and improve templates based on feedbackQualifications:Proven experience in layout design or stationery design (wedding or event-related is a plus)Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and IllustratorUnderstanding of professional print preparation, including:File setupBleed and crop marksDie-line setupCMYK and spot color managementStrong attention to detail and a passion for elegant, refined designAbility to manage your own schedule and deliver work on timeBonus: Experience using Figma for prototyping or collaborative designIndependent Contractor PerksHMO Coverage for eligible locationsPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringZR_25253_JOBOriginally posted on Himalayas
