Join us as we lead the way in transforming the industry and delivering exceptional results for our clients.A Website Strategist is the backbone of a website project, guiding its vision from initial concept through launch by balancing both internal collaboration and external client engagement, ensuring every decision aligns with business goals, user needs, and brand identity. Working alongside Project Managers, they act as the bridge between design, development, and stakeholders. They oversee project direction, maintain consistency, and anticipate challenges before they arise. Beyond project execution, they play a key role in the new business process, helping to shape proposals, pitch strategies, and demonstrate how thoughtful UX can drive measurable results. Ideal Candidates will have: 7+ years of experience in client support and website strategist/advisorUser experience in Figma and AsanaUser experience in WordPress (or other platforms such as WebFlow or Framer)Expert knowledge of UX/UI Deep understanding of web services, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, paid social, email marketing, programmatic, and web analytics.Worked in a high-energy, fast-paced Agency setting supporting multiple clientsFirm knowledge of multi-channel programs and can lead a team of experts to execute on these program ideasUnderstanding of how to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the execution of campaigns to ensure client satisfaction Additional Information We are a fully flexible agency and are accepting applications from candidates who are eligible to work in the United States. Hours are Monday through Friday, starting at 9 am EST.
