Job Description
We are looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help modernize and maintain our existing website. This role will initially require monthly updates to keep our site fresh, functional, and aligned with industry trends. After an initial period, the update frequency will shift to a quarterly schedule while still ensuring our website remains visually appealing and optimized for performance.
Responsibilities:
Website Modernization: Implement updates to enhance the look, feel, and user experience of our site, including layout improvements, updated visuals, and mobile responsiveness.
Content Updates: Modify website content as needed to reflect the latest company offerings, partnerships, and industry trends.
SEO Optimization: Perform quarterly SEO audits and updates to improve search rankings and ensure our website remains competitive in organic search results.
Performance Monitoring: Identify and resolve technical issues affecting site speed, navigation, and overall functionality.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure updates align with our branding and business objectives.
Requirements
This is a part-time, remote position, with working hours
Proficiency in website design and maintenance (WordPress, HTML, CSS, or relevant CMS platforms).
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Yoast.
Experience in UX/UI enhancements to improve visitor engagement.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in the parking technology or related industries is a plus but not required.
