Summary/Scope

The Website Communications Specialist will lead the strategy, content, and performance of the HSU website to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve conversions. Key responsibilities include partnering with departments to keep content current and engaging, optimizing website functionality, and coordinating with digital vendors to support complex web needs. This role requires data collection and KPI reporting to assess website impact and guide strategic decisions.
