Webflow Developer (SEO + CMS) for Fintech Website (Clean UI + High-Performance Build) - Contract to Hire

Summary.

We’re building a high-performance, SEO-driven Webflow website for a UAE-based fintech/advisory business.

This is not a basic website build.

We already have:

•Final sitemap and full page structure

• Complete copy for all pages

• Defined SEO architecture (authority pages, problem pages, segment pages, blog)

• Clear internal linking strategy

• Conversion funnel structure

• Wireframe-level guidance

• A basic Webflow version used as guidance

Your role is to translate this into a clean, scalable, high-performance Webflow build.

What This Project Is.

This is:

• A structured SEO website, not a landing page

• A CMS-driven system, not static pages

• A conversion-focused platform, not just design

• Excellent design execution + Clean Webflow Build

We are building a site designed to:

• Rank on Google (SEO-first architecture)

• Scale to 70+ pages over time

• Drive inbound leads

Scope of Work

1. Webflow Build (From Scratch)

• New Webflow project (no templates)

• Clean, structured build using best practices

• Fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile)

2. Design Execution (Not Branding)

We are NOT looking for branding or creative exploration.

We need:

• Rebuild website from scratch in Webflow (new project)

• Clean, premium fintech / banking-style UI

• Strong typography, spacing, and hierarchy

• Consistent design system (colors, components, sections)

• Subtle, professional animations (no overdesign)

• Fully responsive

3. CMS Architecture (Critical)

You will implement a structured CMS including:

• Blog posts

• Problem pages

• Authority pages

• Segment pages

• ICP/Profile pages

Requirements:

• Clean CMS collections

• Reusable templates

• Scalable structure (we will expand content over time)

• Proper slug structure and URL hierarchy

4. SEO-First Implementation (Very Important)

You must understand and implement:

• Clean semantic HTML structure

• Proper heading hierarchy (H1–H3)

• SEO-friendly URLs

• Fast-loading pages (Core Web Vitals awareness)

• Internal linking support (we provide logic)

• On-page SEO structure (meta titles, descriptions, etc.)

Basic schema markup knowledge is a plus.

5. Performance & Build Quality

We expect:

• Lightweight, fast-loading pages

• Clean class naming system

• Reusable components

• No unnecessary wrappers or bloated structure

• Optimised images and assets

This is an execution-focused role, not strategy.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Strong Webflow experience (advanced level)

• Experience building CMS-driven websites

• Understanding of SEO structure (not just design)

• Experience building SEO-focused sites

• Clean, structured, reusable components, scalable builds

• Attention to detail

Nice to Have (Bonus)

• Experience with fintech / SaaS websites

• Basic understanding of schema / structured data

• This is NOT a beginner project

• This is NOT a template customization job

• This is NOT a branding project

We are looking for someone who:

• Thinks in systems, not pages

• Can follow structured instructions precisely

• Builds clean, scalable Webflow projects

Budget

We are cost-conscious but focused on clean, high-quality execution.

• Fixed price preferred: $600 – $1,000 (depending on experience and approach)

• Or hourly: $8 – $12/hr with a clear cap

We have a very clear scope, structured architecture, and ready-to-use content, allowing for efficient execution.

We are looking for strong Webflow specialists who can deliver clean, scalable builds efficiently.
