We’re seeking a skilled Webflow Developer / Designer to help us enhance and streamline our existing Webflow site.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who can both think strategically and execute cleanly in Webflow. Specifically, we’re looking for help with:
Adding and optimizing CTA buttons across service pages
Creating reusable page templates for consistency and scalability
“Unwrapping” or cleaning up previously built components and layouts
Improving structure, responsiveness, and maintainability
Ensuring best practices in layout hierarchy and CMS structure
Maintaining brand consistency while improving conversion clarity
You should be comfortable working within an existing Webflow project and making improvements without breaking current functionality.
Ideal Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Webflow (required)
Deep understanding of layout structure (div structure, classes, responsiveness)
Experience creating scalable design systems in Webflow
Strong UX instincts — especially around CTAs and conversion paths
Ability to audit and refactor messy or overly nested layouts
Experience with CMS collections and template creation
Clear communication and ability to work asynchronously
Bonus:
Experience working with B2B or cybersecurity companies
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
Scope & Timeline
Initial project focused on improving service pages and building templates
Potential for ongoing work based on performance
