Web3 Architect
The Hashgraph Association (THA) is a global organization headquartered in Switzerland, and is a part of the Hedera Hashgraph (“Hedera”) ecosystem. Hedera is a revolutionary proof-of-stake public Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) network that is fast emerging as the gold standard in DLT for enterprise-grade solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). Hedera is governed by a council of the world’s leading organizations - which include Google, Boeing, IBM, Dell, Deutsche Telekom, LG, Abrdn, London School of Economics, to name a few. THA works closely with enterprises, startups, governments, and academic and training institutions around the world to deliver financing, custom-design solutions, and professional training and innovation programs, aimed at accelerating the development and utilization of the Hedera Hashgraph network. We seek a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Web3 Architect. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, building, and scaling innovative Web3 solutions using your expertise in Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), Archimate, Business Process Management (BPM), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and domain knowledge of Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and Identity solutions, preferably in an enterprise environment. Responsibilities: ● Design and architect secure, scalable, and robust Web3 applications using Hedera Hashgraph. ● Leverage Archimate to create comprehensive architecture diagrams for complex Web3 systems. ● Utilize BPM methodologies to optimize and streamline business processes within Web3 applications, particularly focusing on DeFi and Identity use cases. ● Apply UML effectively to document and model Web3 application components and interactions, focusing on DeFi and Identity functionalities. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, engineers, product managers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions, specifically for DeFi and Identity applications. ● Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Web3 technology and best practices, particularly within DeFi and Identity domains. ● Identify and propose innovative solutions to improve the efficiency, security, and scalability of Web3 applications, emphasizing DeFi and Identity functionalities. Qualifications: ● Proven experience as a Web3 architect or in a similar role. ● In-depth understanding of EVM and its functionalities. ● Proficiency in Archimate, BPM methodologies, and UML. ● Strong knowledge of blockchain security principles and best practices. ● Experience designing and developing smart contracts, ideally with DeFi and Identity protocols exposure. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Passionate about Web3 technology and its potential to revolutionize industries, with a particular interest in DeFi and Identity solutions.
