Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Web Development Specialist to lead WordPress development and digital marketing for multiple clients. You will work under supervision but are expected to take initiative, apply strategy, and bring heart into the work. This is not a side gig- we need someone committed to helping us grow and grow with us.
Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to generate leads, convert traffic, and build brand trust. We expect to be able to think beyond just the build- you should be able to plan and execute strategies that create real business results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain fast, responsive, SEO-friendly WordPress websites
• Implement on-page, off-page and technical SEO best practices
• Plan and manage social media content and scheduling (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and report on performance
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies using platforms like Mailchimp, PipeDrive, etc.
• Apply lead-generation strategies tailored to client needs (landing pages, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics, Search Console and CRM data
• Manage client relationships and provide regular updates and insights
• Coordinate with team members or contractors as needed
• Most important: deliver all work with a strong sense of ownership, accuracy and professionalism
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in WordPress development and digital marketing
• Proven experience in creating and applying digital strategies that generate leads
• Strong attention to detail and care in execution
• Able to commit full focus to this role (not juggling multiple freelance jobs)
• Skilled in SEO tools (Yoast, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Proficient in social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Experience with email marketing
• Familiar with CRM platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who works well under direction and takes responsibility for outcomes
• Must live in the U.S. and have legal authorization to work
• Bonus Skills:
• Experience working with doctors or medical practices
• Background in digital marketing for service-based industries
• Understanding of HIPAA-compliant digital practices (a plus)
Employment Type:
• Contract
• Remote (U.S. Only)
Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: $45-$65, based on experience and qualifications
• Work Hours: Approx. 3-4 hours/day
• Estimated Annual Salary: $35,000-$67,000 (depending on hours worked)

• Flexible hours (must be available for check-ins during EST/CST)
• Project-based with consistent workload
