As a Web Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and websites, primarily using ReactJS and other modern front-end JavaScript libraries. You will ensure applications meet accessibility and security standards, integrate seamlessly with platforms like O365, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate user requirements into efficient, scalable solutions while supporting ongoing CMS management and site updates. This role combines hands-on development with problem-solving and troubleshooting responsibilities, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the performance and usability of internal and external-facing web systems. You will work in a flexible, remote environment with opportunities to contribute to innovative government and enterprise projects. Accountabilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance internal and external-facing websites and web applications using ReactJS and modern front-end frameworks. • Ensure web applications comply with accessibility standards (Section 508) and secure transmission of sensitive information. • Collaborate on UI design and integration with O365, ensuring seamless user experiences. • Maintain and update Content Management Systems, including narrative content, site structure, and compliance. • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and tier-2 technical support for front-end applications and integrations. • Translate user requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure applications. • Ensure applications function across multiple web browsers and devices. • 4+ years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically ReactJS. • Proficiency in SharePoint and O365 administration and implementation. • Experience developing web pages and web-based applications, with knowledge of MS SQL, .NET, and ASP.NET. • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, particularly for ReactJS and O365 integrations. • Familiarity with web development best practices, NIST, FISMA, and Section 508 compliance. • Ability to provide tier-2 technical support and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, ITIL Foundation certification, experience in government environments, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Competitive salary and performance recognition programs. • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. • 401(k) savings plan. • Paid holidays and time off (PTO). • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and disability insurance. • Education and professional training opportunities. • Employee referral and merit recognition programs. • Employee assistance and identity theft protection. • Remote work flexibility in a collaborative and innovative environment.
