- **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve customer issues effectively while documenting interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and relay insights to management for continuous improvement of services and products.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with other teams, including technical support and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and customer service best practices through ongoing training and development opportunities.
- **Innovation:** Identify opportunities to improve chat processes, suggesting new initiatives to enhance customer engagement and streamline workflows.
*Requirements:**
*Education:**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
*Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support role, with a proven track record of success in a chat-based environment.
*Skills:**
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Proficient with chat platforms, CRM systems, and other technology tools used in customer service.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to assist customers effectively while advocating for company policies.
