Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor incoming web chat communications with customers, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience through web chat. 3. Train and mentor web chat agents to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Implement and maintain chatbot technology to optimize customer interactions. 5. Analyze chat metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in web chat management. 2. Confident and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing a team of web chat agents. 5. Experience with chatbot technology and analytics tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
