Macys is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Web Chat Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support on Macys website. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong... project management and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, order status, returns, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with other customer service tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Dedicated and resourceful attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
