Our Web Chat Agents provide individuals the opportunity to engage in online conversations regarding automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries. Our primary focus is to represent our dealer clients positively online and convert these interactions into leads, allowing our dealer clients to generate revenue from their website traffic.

Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary
Ā Must be able to type at least 35 WPM; 40 WPM preferred
Ā Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
Ā Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting preferred
Ā Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Education Requirements
Ā High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
Experience Requirements
Ā 2+ years of experience in a customer service role preferred
