Job Overview
We are looking for a professional, dedicated, Sr Web Analyst to join our team! This position requires an experienced professional that excels in developing digital strategy and solutions to meet corporate business objectives. Daily work will include a blend of planning, data analysis, and application of critical-thinking skills to help solve business needs. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert that can manage data to proactively gather insights for optimization opportunities, and then present and execute those recommendations.

Daily Duties
Possess excellent understanding of client business needs to turn goals into projects that are part of a large-scale comprehensive strategy
Develop effective reporting and dashboards containing data, visualizations, and executive summaries to evaluate digital marketing performance; Regularly communicate results/strategies for enhancement with clients
Participate in planning sessions with our business development team to identify new marketing opportunities for clients
Investigate any data anomalies, including relevant dates, cause, & impact
Provide data tagging recommendations/strategies for websites to prepare for data collection
You must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in each of the following tools and/or concepts:
Google Analytics or comparable tool
Google Sheets and Excel
Data visualization tools (e.g. DataStudio)
Website A/B testing
Defining KPIs
Interpreting data to improve user experience
Google Tag Manager
Working collaboratively to develop and implement business strategies
Experience in client-facing role, where you have a demonstrated record of building relationships and provide trusted analysis
Aptitude to be methodical, organized, extremely detail-oriented, and willing to take the time to ensure data accuracy
Ability to analyze a large number of metrics and distill them into key takeaways.
Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to effectively and confidently speak with clients and third parties on a daily basis and/or in large meetings
Desire to work as part of a diverse team, as well as independently
Other requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be highly proficient in written and spoken English
Salary $70,000 to $95,000 will be commensurate based on experience. At this time, we are looking for candidates interested in full employment.
