Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Consultant with Wealth Management experience to lead an EFA Book Portability Analysis initiative in the client asset transfer processes. This role is with a partner of ours working directly with the client. As a key driver of the book portability project, you will champion innovative solutions that determine the approach to evaluate book portability for the client. Your expertise in financial services, project management, and regulatory requirements will be instrumental in delivering a seamless approach to asset transfers for our high-net-worth clients.
Duties
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the EFA Book Portability project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client needs
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, operations, and technology teams to determine, develop and implement efficient asset transfer workflows
• Monitor project milestones, manage timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders regularly
• Identify potential risks or obstacles in the transfer process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to optimize transfer viability, speed and accuracy
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and compliance requirements
Requirements
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects within wealth management or financial services environments, with projects specifically related to Book Portability
• Knowledge of tax implications, financial concepts, investment management, and cash management strategies
• Familiarity with financial analysis software, portfolio management tools, and technical accounting principles
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and explain complex processes clearly
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA are a plus
• Experience with research methodologies and financial software platforms used in wealth management
Pay: $140.00 per hour
