Job Description:
In this remote position, you will assist customers with post-order inquiries, including returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, and backorder issues. Utilizing various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media, you will troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while building lasting relationships. This role requires navigating multiple software applications simultaneously and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries while building relationships with customers.
Assist customers with post-order issues such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, and backorder inquiries.

Continuously identify areas for improvement and communicate trends in customer interactions to leadership.
Navigate multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously.
Demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain professional composure.
