Wayfair E- Commerce Account Manager

Your qualifications:
You are a fast-paced, flexible, and proactive individual who is adept at juggling competing tasks and priorities; You have a poised and professional demeanor and you are eager to interact with our customers as well as serve as a trusted resource to internal staff and management.
You will be responsible for:
? Managing customer accounts (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WAYFAIR.COM)
? Working with buyers to plan season and promotional events, manage all ecommerce portals.
? Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Development, and marketing teams on sales initiatives
? Developing sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, such as PPC and promotions
? Analyze internal data, identifying trends and areas of improvement.
? -Perform market research to identify and execute growth opportunities
? You will be responsible for updating website content, and implementing functional improvements
You must have:
? At least 3 years of Ecommerce Account Manager experience
? Friendly and outgoing personality; helpful customer service oriented approach
? Professional written and verbal communication skills
? Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
? Poised under pressure
? Proficiency in Excel (you will be tested during interview)
? Be able to adapt to changing environments
? Attention to detail a must
