WHAT THIS ROLE WILL BE DOING:
Serve as an ambassador and primary point of contact for customers. Focus on educating, training, and converting business with R & R dealers, lumber yards, and contractors/builders. Deliver presentations and build strong relationships while achieving company sales and growth goals. Maintain positive and profitable client relations.
Responsibilities
Waudena Entrance Systems Territory Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identify, evaluate and onboard new Waudena dealers in valuable greenfield markets. Increase sales with key Waudena accounts by executing personal and company sales initiatives.Regularly visit customers to grow relationships and identify new opportunitiesExecute customer programs in your territory from start to finishIncrease revenue by being a solutions provider Identify opportunities for the entire portfolio of Waudena productsPromote online capabilities and train OSRs using online resources (Configurator)Conduct educational meetings for large and small audiencesIncrease brand awareness by attending local, regional and national trade show events.Complete all sales reports on time and accurately.Work effectively cross functionally to help provide positive customer experience.Compliance with all company safety initiatives and safety observations to meet company goals.

Commanding, energetic presentation skills,Effective and efficient verbal & written communicationAbility to identify and prioritize tasks to help meet/exceed territory goals.Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Wausau Supply Company employee handbook.Basic knowledge of residential construction, repair & remodel and multi-family projects.Strong people skills needed to grow relationshipsAptitude to learn apps and programs to complete daily functionsHome office with reliable internet.Strong professionalism to maintain a positive brand for Wausau Supply Company and Waudena Entrance Systems
Education / Experience:
High School Diploma, College Degree and/or 2-5 years of related sales experience.Knowledge of entrance systems may be helpful but is not a requirement
Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledgeSubstantial planning and organizational abilities.
Reports to: Waudena Sales Manager
Working Demands / Requirements:
Capable of travelling, including some overnights during weekdays, up to 50%Must possess an MVR that meets the auto insurance requirements.Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. occasionally
