Job Summary As a Warehouse Worker at Core-Mark, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficient flow of products through our distribution process. You will work actively, safely, and independently to select orders, package items, and monitor inventory levels within the warehouse. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to teamwork. Key Responsibilities Select products in accordance with printed customer orders and delivery sequence Consolidate merchandise into product containers and transfer to assigned locations Direct extraneous inventory to its appropriate location Ensure sufficient inventory to accommodate routine and/or special demands Maintain orderly workstation; return supplies and merchandise to assigned locations Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures per company guidelines Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately Verify and scan proper location of products Monitor existing stock and transfer items where needed Separate large units into pick quantities and shelve properly Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer, and dry Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift Preferred Qualifications: Certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn and operate warehouse management systems What We Offer Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Starting pay: $20.50/hr Competitive pay and benefits, including Day 1 Health & Wellness Benefits, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401K Employer Matching, Education Assistance, Paid Time Off, and much more Growth Opportunities: Opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company Training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Work Environment and Culture: Safe and inclusive working environment, including culture of rewards, recognition, and respect Team-oriented and collaborative work environment Opportunities for employee engagement and feedback How to Apply If you are a motivated and reliable individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
