Job Summary As a Warehouse Quality Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of all incoming loads to our Warehouse. You will be responsible for the check-in validation of inbound inventory, visual inspection of incoming vehicles, and maintenance of required documentation. Key Responsibilities Inbound Inventory Validation: Responsible for inbound and outbound inventory matches, ensuring accuracy at check-in, and verifying the contents of each load. Visual Inspection: Visually inspect all incoming vehicles by entering each truck to ensure compliance with company standards. Documentation Management: Maintain all required documentation for record management, including accurate and timely data entry into our inventory management system. Inventory Data Entry: Enter inventory data into handheld devices, ensuring accurate and efficient data management. Bin Integrity: Maintain bin integrity in mass storage, ensuring that inventory is stored and retrieved efficiently. Quality Control: Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with incoming loads, and collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve any issues. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred. Experience: Minimum of one year of work experience in a warehouse, inventory, or auditing role. Computer Skills: Basic computer application and technology skills, including proficiency in inventory management software. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and management. Preferred Qualifications: Prior Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or auditing. Certifications: Any relevant certifications, such as OSHA or forklift operator certification. Physical Requirements As a Warehouse Quality Associate, you will be required to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons. You will be expected to: Speaking: Constantly communicate with colleagues and management. Acute Vision: Constantly observe both near and far, reading documents and inspecting inventory. Mobility: Frequently travel throughout the Heartland Facility, walking in the warehouse. Bending/Squatting: Constantly pick up product, move product, and perform other physical tasks. Lifting: Frequently lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product).
