Position Summary: SHEIN is seeking high-potential recent graduates to join our team as Operations Management Trainees/ Warehouse Optimization Analyst. In this rotational, project-based role, you will have the opportunity to drive operational excellence and process innovation within our warehouse facilities. You will work on strategic projects aimed at optimizing workflow efficiency, implementing new procedures, and enhancing overall warehouse performance. This position is designed for individuals eager to take on challenges, collaborate cross-functionally, and accelerate their professional growth in a fast-paced environment.
