Participate in recovery efforts to locate and retrieve missing merchandise, minimizing losses and maintaining high inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and processes, driving efficiency and productivity improvements.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or logistics preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and attention to detail, with ability to accurately count and record inventory levels.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and demands.
