As a Warehouse Liaison Specialist, you will serve as the vital link between our brand management and inventory management teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing removal requests on various marketplaces, particularly Amazon, and maintaining clear communication channels with both internal teams and external platforms. Your role will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth flow of inventory management processes and optimizing our marketplace presence. Key Responsibilities - Facilitate Communication Between Teams Act as the primary point of contact between the brand management and inventory management teams. Key Responsibilities - Submit Removal Requests Initiate removal requests on multiple marketplaces in accordance with platform-specific protocols and guidelines.Monitor removal request status and ensure timely resolution. Key Responsibilities - Maintain Communication with Amazon Establish and maintain regular communication with Amazon, conveying removal requests, updates, and any necessary clarifications.Address inquiries or issues raised by Amazon promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities - Cross-Team Communication Relay the status and outcomes of removal requests to relevant internal teams in a timely manner.Coordinate efforts to address any challenges or discrepancies encountered during the removal process.Keep teams informed of marketplace-related developments, policy changes, and best practices. Key Responsibilities -Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of removal requests, including timestamps, reasons for removal, and correspondence with marketplaces.Generate reports to analyze removal request trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Additional Information Note: This position requires availability to work US business hours.
