Job Summary As a Warehouse Inventory Control Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing ingredients, packaging, and finished goods, as well as shipping out orders and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect ingredients, packaging, and finished goods, checking for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices. Enter data into our database or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records. Pull orders and ship out finished goods, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers. Complete daily warehouse-related paperwork and perform various tasks using SAP databases for lookups and inventory movement. Pre-stage finished goods for customer orders and ensure proper truck loading patterns. Conduct trailer inspections and report any issues or concerns. Inspect finished goods for non-conformity and assist with cycle counting. Fix any non-conforming or damaged pallets/products and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Technical Skills Ability to properly drive a forklift and operate Boom/Scissor lifts. Knowledge of warehouse and logistics systems is a plus. Proficiency in SAP databases and other computerized systems. Eligibility Requirements Six months of warehouse experience. Knowledge of simple math and basic reading and writing skills. Ability to move up to 50 lbs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with the following qualifications: Associate's degree or higher. Certification in forklift operation or logistics management. Experience with SAP databases or other computerized systems.
