The pay range is $16-$18/hr depending on experience and includes benefits, PTO and 401k. What You Bring To The Table Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred) Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment (preferred) Strong awareness of safety practices and responsible driving habits Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer operations Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Clear and effective communication skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team Your Mission Receive, organize, and store incoming products in accordance with company procedures Accurately prepare, verify, and stage outgoing orders for shipment Support inventory control efforts by maintaining accurate stock counts and records Handle all products with care to ensure safe and efficient movement throughout the warehouse Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively Strictly follow all safety guidelines, protocols, and company policies Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team success Before You Leap This is a safety-sensitive position and requires the following: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana testing. Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, which includes lifting up to 75 lbs, twisting, kneeling, pulling, and squatting. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 5 years). Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required (travel expenses covered).
