The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally in real estate.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage relationships with vendors and tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
ā¢ Conduct outbound calling to vendors, prospective tenants, and tenants.
ā¢ Receive inbound calls
ā¢ Utilize worksheets to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client communications.
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth transactions.
Experience
ā¢ Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable.
ā¢ Strong communication skills in English are essential for interacting with diverse clientele.
ā¢ Background in customer service or marketing will be beneficial for understanding client needs and promoting services.

This position is work from home and is Part Time on as AS-NEEDED basis. This could mean 0 hours per week sometimes.
