WeĆ¢??re looking for an amazing Senior Manager, API Architect and Development Operations to fill this role, which is based in our Santa Clarita office. YouĆ¢??ll be responsible for providing leadership, support, and organization to a team of technically skilled individuals. You will meet with Executives and discuss project intake and prioritization. A successful candidate will build relationships both inside and outside IT. You will work with Directors and Managers within HR to understand scope, set timing and expectations, and will meet with your team to set objectives. You will craft a vision that aligns project objectives with organizational goals. You will be adept at estimating project time and costs and bring your formula for successfully delivering software on time and on budget. You will own the relationship with technical vendors and act as a point of contact for support issues.

Responsibilities
Manages a team of software, front-end and full-stack developers, including hiring, performance management and career development
Manages an Agile (Scrum) Development process in a continuous integration and deployment methodology
Develop long and short range Application Development Plans and Resource Development Plans to achieve corporate systems development objectives in a timely and cost effective manner
Direct technical activities to Estimate, Plan, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy solutions into production
Establish and maintain systems development standards, procedures, and methodologies consistent with corporate and departmental objectives and policies, and ensures adherence to it
Determine requirements for new application systems and revisions to current systems; oversee the design of these new and revised systems; direct their implementation
Maintain effective communications with other departments to assist, coordinate and collaborate in the attainment of corporate and HA Group objectives
Assist management in budgeting process and contract negotiations
Requirements
BachelorĆ¢??s or AssociateĆ¢??s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience
Four years Project Manager, application development/deployment, IT operations, consulting or related experience
Six years Project Manager, application development/deployment, IT operations, consulting or related experience
Excellent knowledge & Hands-on experience with .NET, SQL, VB, etc
Excellent knowledge and experience designing and developing large scale, high traffic applications
Excellent understanding of Agile Principles and experience managing development via multiple development teams in an Agile environment
Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment
Experience working with Cloud infrastructure preferably AWS & Azure
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal clients, vendors and technology partners
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of shipboard technical infrastructure is useful

Base Salary Range: $121,000.00 to $163,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
