Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a remote or virtual role.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using computers, chat software, and customer service management tools.
