Job Title: Walmart Listing Virtual Assistant...
Job Summary: As a Walmart Listing Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on Walmart's online marketplace. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure accurate and compelling product presentations, optimize listings for search visibility, and support online sales growth.
Work Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Responsibilities:
Product Listing: Create and update product listings on Walmart's online platforms, including detailed product descriptions, images, pricing, and other relevant information.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability on the online platform. Coordinate with inventory management teams to replenish stock as needed.
Product Optimization: Optimize product listings to improve visibility, search rankings, and sales conversion. Use keywords, tags, and other optimization techniques to enhance product discoverability.
Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and consistency in product listings, including product descriptions, specifications, and images. Perform regular audits to identify and correct listing errors or discrepancies.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor listings and pricing to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Implement strategies to maintain competitiveness in the online marketplace.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews related to product listings. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and operations, to support online sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant and Product lister for Walmart.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management.
Proficiency in using online marketplace platforms and listing tools (e.g., Walmart Seller Center)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and its formulas.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
