W2 Role-Scrum Master (100% Remote)-Need 10+ yrs of experience
Job Description: · Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. · Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and continuous improvement. · Guide the team in effectively managing and completing their backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. · Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog. · Coach team members on Agile best practices and fostera culture of transparency, trust, and accountability. · Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. · Promote the use of Agile metrics to monitor team, performance and identify areas for improvement. · Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and progress. · Advocate for and implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization, supporting large-scale Agile transformations. · Provide training and mentorship to team members and other Scrum Masters to build Agile capabilities within the organization. Qualifications: · Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. · Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with SAFe certification preferred. · Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a large enterprise environment, ideally within the healthcare industry. · Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). · Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. · Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. · Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. · Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
