Your Role in Our Mission
At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a VP, Translational Immunology, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in immunology and biomarker development will be critical in accelerating our mission to bridge the gap between discovery and clinical development—because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions. What You’ll Do
Lead translational immunology strategy and execution across preclinical and clinical programs, focusing on biomarker development, translational plans, and scientific leadership.
Act as a scientific bridge between discovery and clinical development teams, collaborating closely with preclinical, clinical, and operational leads.
Develop and oversee biomarker and translational strategies to guide program development and clinical trials.
Serve as a trusted partner to executive leaders and scientific teams, including our CEO to ensure robust, innovative translational approaches.
Mentor and lead a team of 5+ scientists, fostering a culture of scientific rigor and collaboration.
Collaborate closely with operational leads to ensure seamless program execution and milestone delivery. We’re Looking For:
PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent in immunology, pharmacology, or a related life sciences discipline.
10+ years of translational science experience in biotech or large pharma settings, with a focus on immunology and biomarker development.
Demonstrated track record of building and executing successful biomarker and translational plans.
Leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more.
Strong scientific communication skills, with the ability to defend and advocate for translational strategies across functions and levels.
