VP - Strategic Care Management Execution and LTSS Integration
Description:
• Responsible for driving the operational execution of enterprise care management strategies.
• Focus on the implementation, integration, and expansion of care management operational and programmatic capabilities.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured, repeatable, and compliant operations.
• Oversee operational planning and implementation of care management capabilities for new LTSS programs and acquisitions.
• Collaborate closely with the LTSS Product Owner and Integrated Care Teams.
• Ensure LTSS and other care management operations align with federal, state, and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of clinical operations leadership and/or case management, disease management, medical management, quality improvement experience is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of senior level management experience is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Managed Care experience in a multi-market organization.
• Experience in a collaborative matrix environment preferred.
• Case Management or Managed Care certification and Certification in Healthcare Quality is preferred.
