About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Professional Services to lead and scale our global services organization. This leader will own the end-to-end delivery function, ensuring successful customer implementations while driving revenue, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.This role requires deep expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing systems, with a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact outcomes for enterprise customers.This role is expected to actively leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging agent-based workflows to drive productivity, improve decision-making, and scale impact. This includes using AI to accelerate problem solving, enhance team output, streamline operations, and identify opportunities for automation across delivery and execution.What You’ll DoLeadership & StrategyBuild and execute the vision and strategy for Professional Services aligned to company growth goalsLead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team (Solutions Architects, Implementation Consultants, Engagement Managers)Establish services as a strategic revenue driver while improving margins and efficiencyPartner-Led Delivery StrategyBuild and scale a global partner delivery ecosystem (SIs, VARs, implementation partners)Own end-to-end delivery outcomes to ensure on-time and on-budget, high-quality implementations and a consistent customer experience across internal and partner-led engagements Delivery ExcellenceOwn successful delivery of all customer implementations (on time, on budget, high quality)Develop and standardize implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practicesEnsure strong governance, risk management, and escalation handling across all engagementsCPQ & Billing ExpertiseAct as an executive sponsor and subject matter expert for CPQ and Billing implementationsGuide customers through complex Quote-to-Cash transformationsPartner with Product to influence roadmap based on customer and delivery insightsCross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Sales on scoping, SOWs, and deal structuring to ensure profitable deliveryCollaborate with Customer Success to drive adoption, expansion, and renewalsWork with Finance on forecasting, utilization, and services revenue planningOperational ExcellenceOwn core metrics: utilization, gross margin, delivery timelines, CSAT, and NPS across internal and partner deliveryImplement systems and processes to scale delivery operations globallyDrive continuous improvement across tools, automation, and offshore/onshore modelsLeverage AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and scale implementation capacity. Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across Professional Services and partner delivery to reduce time-to-implement and improve margins.What You Bring10–15+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership rolesProven track record of scaling a PS organization in a high-growth SaaS environmentDeep expertise in CPQ and Billing systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Apttus/Conga, Stripe Billing, etc.)Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash workflows and enterprise SaaS implementationsExperience working with enterprise customers and managing complex, multi-threaded engagementsStrong commercial acumen (SOWs, pricing, margin management)Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience in a startup or scaling environment (Series A–E)Background in Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent platformsExperience managing global/offshore delivery teamsWhy This RoleOpportunity to build and shape a critical function at a high-growth companyDirect impact on revenue, customer success, and product directionHigh visibility with executive leadership and board-level influence
