Huge is looking for a Vice President of Product Strategy to join the Product Strategy team. In this role, you will lead the charge in driving a business- and human-centric vision to defining and launching new products and capabilities specializing in AI-driven experiences. In this role, you are expected to operate as an influential thought leader with poise and expertise, who collaborates seamlessly with multiple teams and craft leaders from across the organization. You have a proven track record of envisioning and launching innovative digital productsâwhether within a product-driven technology company or an agency environmentâwhile leading teams, pitching new opportunities, and championing product best practices.
What youâll be doing.
⢠You will lead the strategic work for new digital experiences and AI powered products and experiences for our clients.
⢠Youâll help pioneer the next generation of products that integrate all aspects of product management, strategy, design, data, and AI technology.
⢠Youâll partner with leaders across product management, tech, data, content, and design as the strategic vision partner to ensure cohesive and extraordinary outcomes.
⢠You will collaborate with highly creative user experience experts, visual designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of products to bring to market.
⢠Youâll be a close partner and advisor to senior clients, playing a critical role in understanding and applying business requirements and logic while also balancing the end-userâs needs and goals.
⢠Define and refine working processes in constantly evolving environments.
⢠Mentor and manage senior team members.

⢠You have experience conceiving, leading and launching AI work, with cross-functional knowledge and strategy.
⢠You understand the nuance between deterministic and generative AI and enjoy converging the two into your goals.
⢠You have formal product management methodology experience, refined by substantial practical experience and a proven track record of launching products and innovation.
⢠You have a strong track record of building and bringing innovative digital products to market from within either (or both) an agency environment, or product-driven company.
⢠You have fluency with technology, data, product management and design peers.
⢠You have a proven track record in strategic partnerships, growth, leadership of cross-functional teams, new business development, and responding to RFPs and pitching.
⢠You are a no nonsense, zero ego collaborator who inspires and brings out the best in others to get the work done.
⢠This role is for someone who loves both strategic thinking and âthe doingâ- those who relish looking at a problem and making new solutions become real. Experience in delivering ideas youâve envisioned is critical.

For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
