About the Role:
The VP, Portfolio and Underwriting sets and maintains the organizationâs credit culture while leading the underwriting of all new business transactions. The role develops and implements credit origination practices grounded in internal and external data, Program Standards, and industry regulations. This leader oversees underwriting and portfolio teams responsible for transaction evaluation, customer monitoring, risk rating, portfolio exposure analysis, and performance reporting. The VP also partners crossâfunctionally with legal, operations, and other business units, contributes to workout strategies, and is accountable for training and developing a highâperforming underwriting and portfolio team.

- Oversees dayâtoâday operations of the Underwriting & Portfolio teams, including all Account Executives and Commercial Underwriters.
