Run operations for a PE-backed, multi-product training platform and own how the business actually scales. VP of Operations Location/Type: U.S. • Remote (50% travel) Pay: $175,000 – $225,000 OTE Schedule: Full-time Role Snapshot Own Customer Success, Ops, and Back Office. Report to CEO. What You’ll Do • Lead ops, Customer Success, and back office teams end-to-end • Standardize processes across teams and vendors • Drive automation (AI tools, fewer manual tasks) • Improve CSAT, retention, call performance • Own vendor performance (fulfillment, printing, tech) • Build KPI scorecards and operating cadence • Integrate acquisitions into one operating system Must-Haves • 5–7+ years ops leadership (team + P&L exposure) • Experience scaling processes across teams • Strong financial acumen (revenue, margin, cash flow) • Led cross-functional projects to completion • Experience with vendors or fulfillment operations • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Nice to Have • Tech-enabled services or EdTech experience • M&A integration experience • Shopify or order workflow systems exposure Perks & Pay • Pay: $175,000 – $225,000 OTE • Health insurance • Paid time off • Bonus tied to company + individual performance Schedule & Setup • Full-time, remote (U.S.) • ~50% travel (FL, CO, customer sites) • Work across teams: CS, Finance, Vendors, Engineering • Tools: LMS, Shopify (in progress), automation tools Impact & Growth Your work reduces friction across the business.
