VP of Demand Generation

Are you ready to lead a high-impact team driving demand generation across our marketing organization? You’ll build and guide a talented group, delivering innovative campaigns that connect with bolthires buyers and fuel our growth. You’ll shape strategy, align resources, and ensure operational success for our field marketing efforts in a dynamic, collaborative environment. What You Will Be Doing Define and execute field marketing and demand generation strategies to achieve bookings growth across your region.Deliver repeatable, sustainable, and predictable marketing-generated pipeline to support sales targets. Provide strategic direction for field marketing talent, investments, and campaign execution. Optimize customer acquisition and pipeline velocity using best practices for B2B SaaS marketing. Lead campaign management, reporting, and ongoing optimization for effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence marketing technologies, processes, and systems. Inspire and develop field marketers through coaching, recruitment, and talent management.What You Will Likely Bring Proven business and strategic thinking skills. Strong financial acumen and ability to understand P&L and general management. Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Experience scaling marketing operations and employing analytics to inform strategy. Advanced knowledge of marketing best practices, including digital, ABM, and CRM (Salesforce preferred). Experience leading distributed teams to achieve results. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.What Could Set You Apart Bachelor’s degree preferred.
