JOB SUMMARY: The Vice President, Health Analytic Solutions is responsible for the development, management, and execution of employer, broker, point solution and payor vertical solutions strategies. This role drives growth, fosters payor and point solution relationships, and ensures the delivery of high-quality advisory and software services. The VP directs a variety of internal business advisory functions, leveraging provider healthcare delivery business acumen, technical/computer database skills, and subject matter expertise in Data and Decision Science products to address the complex challenges faced by healthcare payors in today’s rapidly evolving landscape. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Direct, develop, refine, and lead the Health Analytic Solutions organization in business alignment and provider information activities that will result in company growth and profitability.2. Manage the strategic direction for Advisory, Operations and Engineering teams within Health Analytic Solutions to ensure all business units are working cohesively. 3. Establish, implement, and maintain solutions reporting standards to ensure that the Company’s Executive Management, Data and Decision leadership and sales / new business development have reliable and accurate information on which to base current and future business decisions.4. Direct the monitoring of Health Analytic Solutions product performance and develop and enhance processes to increase the effectiveness of Data and Decision Science activities.5. Oversee Risk Analytics & Insights modeling strategies to maximize the value to the Health Analytic Solutions based clients.6. Conduct routine assessment of the Company’s Health Analytic Solutions product platforms with in-house data sources7. Direct the build-out of reports to measure and evaluate ongoing client efforts8. Assist in the budget process for Data and Decision Science staff and assure adherence to the budget plan and balance cost containment with customer satisfaction.9. Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop tailed consulting solutions that address specific needs while ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements. 10. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader.11. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.12. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.13. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.14. Demonstrate Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.15. JOB SCOPE:The VP, Health Analytic Solutions has a significant impact on the image, quality, and effectiveness of service to internal and external customers, as well as on overall Data and Decision Science initiatives, corporate strategies, and financial and operating business plans. This role carries a high level of exposure and responsibility, overseeing the company’s operations through directing a staff of administrative, professional, and managerial personnel. In addition, the VP, Health Analytic Solutions strategically partners with other leadership roles to plan and execute strategies and programs that ensure efficient operations and the achievement of key business objectives. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare consulting, payer operations, or related fields. Must have minimum 4 years people management experience.* Business acumen, customer awareness, leadership, communication (verbal and written), coaching, people management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.* Ability to facilitate business competency.* Ability to interface with upper management and field operational leaders.* Ability to create value.* Ability to lead and mentor individuals and teams.* Ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.* Ability to use software and database applications applicable to performance of responsibilities.* Masters Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or HS Diploma and 12+ years of related experience The salary range for this position is $200K to $225K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
