Job Description
The VP, Head of Key Accounts, is responsible for leading the strategy to grow a client portfolio with a team of best-in-class sales professionals. This sales professional will lead the charge to grow revenue from existing accounts. THIS IS A WORK AT HOME (USA) ROLE.
Responsibilities
Ā Leads the sales strategy for the account portfolio
Ā Responsible for growing revenue from new business sales within existing clients
Ā Champion the effort to grow and maintain the corporation's primary and long-term revenue base
Ā Develop a thorough understanding of prospect or client short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with client executive management
Ā Partner with Sales Leadership to establish optimal sales strategy for particular pursuits, based on client interactions
Ā Collaborate with Sales Support; Account Management; Operations and other departments to ensure the client's expectations are exceeded
Ā Analyze customer and market intelligence back to Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance regarding Concentrix strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on sales pursuit interactions
Ā Monitor economic and legal trends that could affect sales
Ā Maintain and update salesforce.com database with sales pursuit information
Ā Manages a best in industry sales team
Qualifications include proven experience in leading a top-tier sales team to success.
Ā Customer Experience Solutions sales experience is highly desired
Ā Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with industry impact
Ā Expert in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal.
Ā Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
Ā Proven ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
Ā Mastery of the organization's business operations and industry. Externally recognized as subject matter expert on emerging trends and industry practices
Ā External Thought Leader with proven ability to significantly influence
Ā Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ā Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with fifteen or more years related experience preferred
The annual base salary range for this position is $172,800- $259,200 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
