As the in-store champion for visual merchandising, you share and coach on best practices and principles that create visual displays to influence the customer journey.As the leader, you will hire, train, coach and motivate a team of Visual Merchandisers. You will ensure your team is adhering to operating standards, maintain cost related to stock, and following Primark guidelines on POS and pricing for displays. Position holder must also be able to provide amazing customer service in English, which includes being able to orally communicate with customers in English and monitor the performance of English-speaking colleagues whose job duties require communication with customers.
