Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Job Title: Visual Merchandising Coordinator Position Type: 6+ Month Contract Location: Remote – New York, NY 10018 Salary Rate: $22–25/hour Job Description We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Visual Merchandising Coordinator to support graphic design and merchandising initiatives. This role focuses on providing timely, high-quality visual updates and merchandising support across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing quick-turnaround projects while ensuring consistency and accuracy in execution. Responsibilities • Provide support for graphic requests with a focus on high-priority, quick-turnaround projects such as billboard campaigns and review survey image tracking. • Execute and maintain ongoing graphic updates, including: • Urgent inventory requests • Time-sensitive “hot jobs” • Brand image refreshes based on expiration timelines • Promotional and new store launch assets • Maintain updated crop images on the code sheet template. • Upload finalized graphics to the designated platform. • Update project trackers to reflect progress and maintain accurate job folders. • Ensure accurate records in the job tracker for all assigned projects. • Track and log graphic-related expenditures. Requirements • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Analysis & Validation. • Adobe Creative Suite or PowerPoint skills to support graphic layouts. • Strong project management skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multi-brand retail environment. • Strong data analysis skills and ability to navigate large, complex spreadsheets. • Experience in multi-brand visual merchandising and store execution. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Strong collaboration and cross-functional team skills.
